Stamps.com does not accept personal checks and debit cards. In the registration process, you will be only asked to provide your credit card information because credit cards are the only accepted payment methods. Stamps.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. No, Stamps.com does not accept payments from PayPal. The only payment methods that could be used are major credit cards. The accepted major credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can use one of these cards at checkout. Unfortunately, Stamps.com does not offer their products and services to international customers. In addition, these are not physical products that could not be shipped to any destination. Stamps.com is software that offers printing and postage services which should be approved by USPS.
